You can dip into more than just the bar at Vine - recent collaboration by husband-wife team, Simon and Rose Apodaca Jones - you can dip into some fondue as well.

Yes, this small spot on Vine (hence the name) serves up some melted treats to a fashionable and fashion-industry crowd.

Despite all of the preconceptions that you may have at hearing about the clientele that this place is known for, the atmosphere is surprisingly unpretentious. In fact, it's just downright groovy... and CoolJunkie caught it on a slow night.

They bring in DJs who mix a diverse playlist from everything downtempo to rock to house.

Great place to start an evening, or take it easy in a relaxing and comfortable environment. Tip: try the pillowed upstairs area for that.
